On September 1, 2009, Atwood Farm Supplies Ltd. was restructured and the new company was born. They formed a joint partnership with Agrico Canada Ltd., and moved the company to one location in Donegal. This move consolidated the staff, added convenience for customers and made the operation overall more efficient. AFS is currently under the local ownership of Archie and Lisa Wilson, Ken Behrns, and Kyle Coghlin.
