On September 1, 2009, Atwood Farm Supplies Ltd. was restructured and the new company was born. Having the local ownership of Joe Tuer, Ken Behrns and Kyle Coghlin, they formed a joint venture partnership with Agrico Canada Ltd. and moved the company to one location in Donegal. The move consolidated the staff, which added convenience for customers and made the total operation more efficient.
