Joe was born and raised on a small farm just outside of Stratford. He graduated from University of Guelph in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Joe also obtained his CCA designation in 1999. Over the years he has been involved in all aspects of crop production including, operating custom application equipment, field scouting, and crop input recommendations, trading grains, as well as customer relations.
